Her Philosophy
Tricia believes everyone deserves to know how absolutely powerful and amazing they are, no matter where they've been, what they've been through, or where they've come from. She loves to guide her clients towards discovering their own inner strength, resilience, healing, and wisdom. Tricia wholeheartedly knows that everyone has the ability to create a fulfilling and meaningful life, and she wants nothing more in the world than to help people find that within themselves... and achieve it.
HER Background
Tricia began her nursing career at the age of 21 at St. John's Queens Hospital in Elmhurst, NY where she was born. She soon found herself veering towards holistic, natural, and nutritional health and healing concepts and practices. She continued her journey throughout her career building up her wisdom through various schools and opened her own clinic in 2011. She is a certified Holistic Health Counselor, AADP. Colon Hygienist, Detoxification Specialist, and one hec of a life and health coach.

She shares her expertise and expansive overview around nutrition, health, diet, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects to healing. She works to reempower others in seeing their own light and ability to help heal themselves.
Tricia hosts workshops, masterclasses, and will soon be hosting retreats! She passionately creates a safe, healing space for her clients and offers assistance meeting them where they're at with their personal needs and individual journeys. She focuses on body health and love, nutrition and dietary transformations, lifestyle changes, stress management, relationship difficulties, life purpose and career transitions, healing from the past, and self-empowerment.
